NYPD say woman shot outside Bronx Zoo

A 55-year-old lady was shot within the again outdoors the Bronx Zoo Friday night, authorities stated.

The sufferer was shot whereas she was standing on Southern Boulevard and East 187th Avenue — yards from the zoo’s Birds of Prey exhibit — round 5:40 p.m., the NYPD stated.

Police have been on the lookout for two males who have been passing by on a motorbike which may be “potential suspects,” in accordance with the division.

The girl was in secure situation at St. Barnabas Hospital, which is blocks away from the Belmont crime scene.
