NYPD saves rescue puppy after plunge into East River

A rescue canine from the Caribbean needed to be rescued once more Saturday when he plunged into the frigid East River.

Can Liu, a employee on the Animal Haven shelter in Decrease Manhattan, stated he was strolling the 4-month-old pet, Bee Bee, and two of his personal canines close to the South Avenue Seaport round 9 a.m. when an off-leash canine got here at them out of nowhere and attacked his Rottweiler.
