NYPD bust man who threatened to behead NYC straphanger

The knife-wielding maniac who allegedly threatened to behead a straphanger on a packed Manhattan prepare over the weekend turned himself in Thursday, authorities mentioned.

Aaron Ramos, 26, surrendered to cops shortly earlier than midday in connection to the scary incident that unfolded round 3:30 p.m. Sunday on a southbound No. 6 subway within the East 77th Avenue and Lexington Avenue station on the Higher East Facet, cops mentioned.

The armed suspect adopted a 35-year-old man into the crowded automobile and have become irate because the prepare left the station, holding a switchblade in plain view, cops mentioned.

“I’m not using this prepare pressed up towards this door,” Ramos allegedly yelled, as he repeatedly flicked the blade out and in within the sufferer’s path. “I’ll take your head off your f—–g neck.”

The sufferer blocked the knifeman, protecting him at a distance from the opposite commuters, cops mentioned.
