MTA station worker injured in attack by random assailant

An MTA station employee was injured in an unprovoked assault at a Brooklyn subway station on Sunday, NYPD mentioned.

The sales space attendant was roping off the turnstile within the mezzanine at Fulton Road and Franklin Avenue on the C line at round 11:30 a.m. when a person walked up and hit her, an NYPD spokesman mentioned.

The 37-year-old lady was taken to Brooklyn Hospital for remedy for “minor bruising” on her face, police mentioned.
