MESA, Ariz. — A suspect is accused of fatally operating over an east Mesa man along with his car over a parking dispute, in response to authorities.
Mesa police mentioned 61-year-old John Lagana stays jailed on suspicion of first-degree homicide.
It was unclear Sunday if Lagana has a lawyer who can communicate on his behalf.
Police mentioned 63-year-old Christopher Heimer was pronounced lifeless on the scene Friday after being run over twice for allegedly refusing to permit Lagana to park close to his dwelling.
Court docket information present Lagana informed police that Heimer had allowed him to park his car in Heimer’s driveway till six months in the past.
Lagana reportedly is homeless and lives out of his car.
