Michael C. Hall loses six figures on sale of NYC spread

Michael C. Corridor — again as serial killer Dexter after an eight 12 months hiatus — has simply bought his West Village digs at a loss. 

The Golden Globe-winning actor, famed for his life and dying obsessed roles in “Six Toes Below,” in addition to “Dexter” and “Dexter: New Blood,” purchased the two-bedroom, two-bathroom killer condominium for $4.28 million in 2016.

It simply bought for $4.1 million, or a $180,000 loss, in line with property data.

He had beforehand listed it as a $15,000 a month rental.

The 1,585-square-foot unit at Greenwich Lane, 160 W. twelfth St., comes with particulars like beamed ceilings, hardwood flooring, metal entry doorways and a chef’s kitchen.

However Corridor isn’t leaving the town — he purchased greater digs on the El Dorado, the place Alec Baldwin as soon as lived, for $4.3 million in 2017.

He lives there together with his spouse, Morgan Macgregor. They married in 2016 following a short marriage to “Dexter” co-star Jennifer Carpenter again in 2008.
