Olympian dishes on ‘inhuman’ conditions of Tokyo quarantine

In a since-deleted Instagram video, Jacobs stated the window in her resort room didn’t open and by day seven, she couldn’t deal with it anymore and began protesting by refusing to maneuver so organizers would permit her to have some recent air, ESPN reported
