NYC sues Starbucks over ‘wrongful termination’ of worker at unionized store

New York Metropolis is suing Starbucks over the “wrongful termination” of a barista who labored at an Astoria retailer that had simply voted to unionize, the Division of Client and Employee Safety mentioned Friday.
