North Korea launches 2 ballistic missiles into East Sea

North Korea launched two ballistic missiles off its east coast on Wednesday — two days after the nation stated it efficiently test-fired new long-range cruise missiles, South Korea’s navy stated.

The most recent missiles have been fired into waters off the Korean Peninsula’s east coast, in line with South Korea’s Joint Chiefs of Workers.

Japan’s coast guard stated the missiles landed within the waters between Japan and the Korean Peninsula outdoors of the Japanese Unique Financial Zone.

No ships or plane reported injury, the Coast Guard stated.

Nuclear negotiations between the US and North Korea have hit a wall since a 2019 summit between then-President Donald Trump and Kim Jong Un.
