Michael K. Williams’ nephew Dominic Dupont talks about dead uncle on ‘Red Table Talk’

Michael Okay. Williams’ nephew, Dominic Dupont, will open up about discovering his lifeless uncle’s physique Wednesday on “Crimson Desk Discuss.”

In a preview of the interview, Dupont tells hosts Jada Pinkett Smith, Willow Smith and Jada’s mom, Adrienne Banfield Norris, that he hadn’t heard from “The Wire” actor on that September day and determined to go to his home to verify on him.

“I went upstairs, opened up his door, it was quiet. Michael at all times performed music. That wasn’t the case,” Dupont recalled.

“I caught my head in and mentioned, ‘Uncle Mike, are you in right here?’ And I noticed him… deceased. I instantly known as 911 they usually mentioned, ‘Pay attention, do you need to begin some compressions?’ And I mentioned, ‘I’m telling you … he’s deceased. He’s gone. He’s chilly,” Dupont mentioned.

In September, the New York Metropolis medical expert confirmed Williams died of an unintentional drug overdose.
