An Alabama toddler died when he was by accident run over by a truck pushed by his mother’s boyfriend, authorities stated.
Ivan Alexander Aguilar Jr., a 19-month-old boy from Horton, was discovered lifeless beneath a truck after he wandered out of his Nixon Chapel Street house late Saturday with out being observed, AL.com reported.
Marshall County Assistant Chief Deputy Steve Guthrie stated the boyfriend of Ivan’s mom moved the truck whereas unaware that the boy was beneath the car. His mom, Lexie Ramirez, and her boyfriend later discovered him lifeless beneath the truck, Guthrie stated.
“There was no foul play,” Guthrie advised the outlet. “It was simply an unlucky disaster.”
No fees will likely be filed within the boy’s loss of life. A coroner pronounced Ivan lifeless on the scene, WAAY reported.
Ramirez advised WAFF the loss of life of her solely youngster who was set to show two in February was a “tragic accident.” His funeral is ready for 11 a.m. Wednesday.
